There are two reasons why you might be interested in our Referral Program:
You have invested with us, you are/were very pleased with your ROI and with our service, so, naturally, you want to refer to us people in your circle of influence.
You have no doubt that we offer great ROI and that we are trustworthy people who will deliver on our promises, but, for one reason or another, you are not in a position at the moment to invest with us yourself. However, you do know people who might be interested and you want to refer them to us.
In either case, your question might be “What’s in it for me for doing that?”
Well, there are two things in it for you.
First, the pleasure and the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped someone you care about to improve their financial situation. And we know what a great feeling that is!
Second, for those of you with a more pragmatic mind, there is a financial reward.
How big? Well, to keep the math as simple as possible, we will send you a check equivalent to 1% of whatever your referral invests with us.
What does that translate to in practical terms?
Here's an example. Perhaps you have friends or family who have a good amount of money in a savings account that is generating peanuts for them. You refer them to us. They decide to invest $30,000 cash in one of our tenant-first-rent-to-own deals.
To say thank you, we will send you a check for $300.00.

Here's another example. Your brother has a sizable RRSP account and you know he’s really not happy about the meager return his money is generating. You refer him to us, he decides to do an Arm’s Length Mortgage (RRSP) deal with us for $25,000. For that, we will send you a check for $250.00.
Or perhaps it’s your aunt and uncle. They’re in their mid-50’s, they're both working, they own their home, and they have great credit which means they would easily qualify for a mortgage on a property we would buy for a TFRTO deal. You refer them to us, and they secure a first mortgage for a property we buy. For the introduction that leads to an investment, we will send you a check for $500.00.
Or you may know someone who not only has good credit (which means she can secure a first mortgage) but who also has the cash, and as a result, that person becomes what we call a “solo-investor” (meaning the whole tenant-first-rent-to-own deal is done with only one investor) on a house we buy. If for example, we buy a house for $250,000 (with a mortgage from a bank for $200,000 and a cash investment of $50,000), you will receive a check for $1,000.00!!!
And that’s not the best part.
The best part is that those referral fees are recurring (like residual income). If we do another deal later on with an investor you referred to us, the referrer (you) will receive a finder’s fee for that too—for as long as we do deals with the investor whom you have referred.
And those referrals could be as easy as a quick phone call, a two-minute conversation at the office, or a short email with a link to our website.
We hope you agree with us that one thousand dollars for a three-minute phone call sounds like a great per-hour return on investment.
Now, one word of advice: please, please, please, do NOT qualify people. In most cases, you don’t REALLY know what their savings or RRSP monies are, how much they could qualify for at the bank, and how frustrated they are with their lack or proper ROI.
Just refer them to us, let THEM take a look at our website, let THEM talk with us, and, most important, let THEM make the decision to invest with us, or not. It should really be THEIR decision.

we win because we have a new investor and more purchasing power
one more tenant-buyer wins because he/she/they can get into a house of their choice
and you win by being perceived as the good sibling, son or daughter, niece or nephew, or the cool friend or neighbor
