About Safe and Sound Real Estate Investment Group
Safe And Sound Real Estate Investment Group (SASREIG) is owned and operated by Daniel G. St-Jean and Laurel R. Simmons and is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada.
One of the main keys for success we have learned and used over the years is that “You can’t succeed by yourself”. That’s why we’ve assembled an incredible Power Team to guide us every step of the way and to help us achieve the many goals we have for ourselves as well as our investors and joint venture partners.
Our Power Team comprises one of Ottawa’s top realtor teams, a law firm that specializes in real estate and in corporate law, an accounting firm that specializes in real estate and in tax minimization, a very efficient bookkeeper, a general contractor who specializes in renovations, a top-notch home inspector, a reputable insurance broker, and two very experienced mortgage agents.
On top of that, we constantly obtain advice and education from Rich Dad Education, Trump University, REIN (the Real Estate Investment Network), OREIO (the Ottawa Real Estate Investment Organization), and from many experienced real estate investors in the Ottawa area and across Canada, like, for example, Dean Graziosi, and the "Rock Stars of Real Estate Investing, Tom & Nick Karadza.
All of which, we know already, is helping us to succeed at what we do.
What We Do
We have different strategies we plan on using over the next many years to grow our business and help our investors make a remarkable ROI.
The main strategy we are using at the moment is called “tenant-first-rent-to-own" (also known as a "lease-option"). Here's a quick summary:
